| you can make videos by pressing scroll lock + s i think but you can find it at the top of your xfire | |

| Find where the fles is saved. then go to a upload site. Example www.imageshack.com or www.youtube.comThen find the URL of your files and click on image when you are posting in here. I dont know about videos. | |

| if you do it on xfire, you can go in the xfire menu and click on the Camara or the video thing, tothe left. Then right click on the one you will upload and click upload  Then go yo www.xfire.com and login and find your files, and there will be a BBcode. Copy that one and paste it in here. ^^ Its actually pretty simple. Takes 2 min | |
